Dietly.pl w bardzo dużym uproszczeniu jest marketplacem i porównywarką cateringów dietetycznych. Jesteśmy też miejscem, gdzie krzywa wzrostu firmy jest bardziej stroma, niż w większości przedsiębiorstw w Polsce, co przyznał nam Deloitte, umieszczając nas w TOP50 najszybciej rozwijających się firm w naszej części Europy. Zakres obowiązków: Zarządzanie cyklem życia projektów; Zarządzanie i planowanie portfolio projektów Stała komunikacja z klientami i dostawcami; Przygotowywanie raportów/dokumentacji związanej z uwzględnieniem zakresu projektu; Koordynacja pracy zespołów projektowych; Utrzymywanie wysokiej jakości produktu lub rozwiązań oraz terminowe dostarczanie zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem; Zarządzanie ryzykiem oraz konfliktami w projekcie; Zarządzanie zmianami w projekcie; Wdrażanie i doskonalenie procesów i narzędzi zarządzania projektami; Stosowanie metodyk zwinnych. Wymagania: Min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia jako Program Manager w projektach IT; Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu więcej niż jednego projektu jednocześnie; Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i w zmieniających się warunkach; Umiejętność zarządzania oczekiwaniami klienta; Znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami; Doświadczenie w samodzielnym tworzeniu i wdrażaniu procesów projektowych.
