Dive into the heart of healthcare innovation as a Data Management Specialist! For our client's project, we are looking for ambitious specialists who will support the meticulous management and optimization of critical data assets. Join us in shaping the future! Position: Data Management Specialist Industry: Healthcare Responsibilities: Ensuring the quality of data provided by Data Engineers by verifying its currency, accuracy, and completeness, and confirming proper field completion Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data assets, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams Developing and implementing strategies to monitor, assess, and improve data quality across various databases and systems (identifying data anomalies, cleansing data, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address issues and maintain high-quality data standards) Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in data-related field (computer science, data science, informatics etc.) At least 1 year of practical experience with Informatica MDM / IBM InfoSphere / Talend / Informatica Data Quality / Collibra or similar Knowledge across all domains of Data Management, with particular emphasis on Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing Proficiency in SQL, Python Strong English skills (min. B2) Experience with healthcare data and in at least one of the following disease areas: oncology, neuro, immunology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, cardiovascular and metabolism Details: Working mode: Remote Cooperation type: B2B contract Salary: 80 – 90 PLN/h Benefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport, AWS course with certificate Recruitment stages: Phone call with recruiter Ina Trendel (20 min) Online technical screening (1h) Online meeting with the client (1h) Decision and feedback
