Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for: Agile Business Analyst Within Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS), Societe Generale’s Corporate & Investment Banking division, the Global Banking & Investor Solutions/Financing and Transaction Banking (GBSU/FTB) Information Systems Department is responsible for developing and managing information systems related to the Financing activity and the Transaction Banking. The role will work with the stakeholders of all business units (BU) and parties involved to define and document business needs and software configurations and will work in a global Tribe with teams in France, India and Poland to contribute to a global release train on a common core banking product. The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: · Business needs analysis : analyze business needs according to PO priorities, study the impact, propose options taking into consideration planning and costs, and translate into user stories · Facilitate collaboration between the Product Management and the Feature team by keeping Value in mind · Conduct testing activities, from the definition of testing strategy to performing the actual tests · Contribute to Change Management in collaboration with the PO · Participate in Application support (“You build it, you run it”), analyze incidents, problems and requests and co-ordinate with the other teams till closure · Facilitate continuous and regular Application deployment in environments · Keep process and documentation up to date · As a member of a Chapter, contribute to knowledge sharing and growth, ensure alignment with the guidelines and practices We expect from the candidates: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics/Banking/Finance or in Computer Science/Software Engineering · At least 3 years of experience in a position related to Business Analysis, at least 5 years total experience · Proficiency in English, French will be a plus · High analytical skills · High interpersonal and communication skills · Curiosity · Understanding of Agile and Project methodologies : Scrum, SAFe, Agile and Waterfall · Willingness to explore technical aspects, investigating logs, using APIs and querying database · A flexible attitude and adaptable approach · Ability to work autonomously, take initiatives and to challenge the status quo · Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work appropriately We offer: · Work in a pleasant atmosphere, in a brand new central-Warsaw office · Work as a part of an international team · Opportunity to learn and further develop · Access to learning platforms and language courses · Competitive salary based on seniority and skills · Benefit package including extensive health package with dental care · Hybrid work opportunity, meal allowance, holiday fund and many more · Up to two days per year that can be dedicated to charity actions during the working hours · Employment contract *Please be informed that we will be accepting only resumes in English.
