We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse team.Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!Must haveStrong knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile development approachesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in simultaneous management of several projectsGood organizational and planning skillsTime management skillsExperience working with JIRA, ConfluenceExperience with estimation, timeline and scope managementTeam management skillsProven ability to effectively manage complex situations involving stakeholders, teams, and other partiesExperience in scaling the teamAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishWill be a plusTechnical background (QA)Experience with Salesforce platformResponsibilitiesProject management (Scope management, Timelines management, Stakeholders management, Release management)Resource management: Planning, Monitoring team load, leading a project teamEnsuring quality and client satisfactionManaging issues and riskMonitoring project progressMaintaining reporting and documentationManaging conflictsCustomerOur customer is one of the world's most successful hotel companies.
