We seek a creative and proactive Fullstack Developer to join our DEV Department. Salary: 14000 – 19000 PLN net B2B – depending on your experience What we offer: Being a part of exciting and demanding technological projects 26 paid days off & 20 fully paid sick leave days Flexible working mode & hours All modern tools, equipment, the software you need We take care of our employees' health - private medical care - multisport card Team building events - several integrations, xmas party and workation What will be your responsibilities: Development and maintenance web applications and advanced websites using React (TypeScript) and Python (Django) Active participation in projects - analysis and technology recommendations Writing unit tests Regular code contributing to the repository and conducting a code review Adapting existing solutions for browsers and devices Collaboration in Scrum methodology. We have events like: daily, demo, retro Close cooperation with other team members ( PM, PO, UI/UX Designers, Developers ) Client and team technical support Participation in company meeting and Tech-Talk - as a listener Readiness for potential work on two projects - ability to switch between contexts Possible business trips - for example Big Room Planning What we expect from you: Professional experience as a Fullstack Developer (3+ years) Higher technical education degree Advanced knowledge of Python (Django) programming best practice Good knowledge of React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass) Experience in creating and developing applications in Python using Django Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6) Good object-oriented programming skills Git version control system and code review tools Knowledge of Polish & English: at least B2 level (a must) Strong team cooperation skills and confirmed experience in working with clients NICE TO HAVE: Experience in using Redux Toolkit Knowledge of data analysis ️ Recruitment process: Apply with your Cv Phone call (10 minutes) with People Team Interview 1-st stage - 60 minutes - you can tell us about your experience and expectations Technical Interview 2-nd stage - 90 minutes meet with Head of Back-end Development - Michał Dżaman
