Junior Service Desk Specialist Form of employment:  Full-time employment contract Hybrid working:  3 days from the office, 2 days from home Office location:  Warsaw, Inflancka 4A RESPONSOBILITIES: supporting employees in hardware/software issues in the office and remotely managing of IT tools in the cloud and local systems ordering and servicing equipment in all locations managing computer equipment, office equipment, network and multimedia in all locations working with suppliers of hardware and services technical preparation of events creating and managing internal documentation of managed IT tools and services conducting internal trainings in topics of hardware, software, general internet security IT onboarding/offboarding employees working on improving IT support and tools for the company and managing of telephony services MUST HAVE: English skills on the communicative level (English is the business language in our Company, job interviews are held in English as well) Full professional proficiency in Polish WE OFFER Employment contract, as we want to cooperate with you for a long period of time; Company Revenue sharing scheme “LTIP” - the more company grows, the more you get from it; Healthcare support (Medicover/Luxmed) and Multisport card - to care about your physical condition; Language courses; Team integrations - Webinterpret won’t tell much about our legendary company parties, they are far from a “casual, boring” drink;
