Sending out timely and accurate service announcements Ensuring that CAB (Change Advisory Board) approval for implementation is obtained for all changes. Performing deploy Quality Assurance process Managing information in the project management tools to enable development teams a time registration for reporting purposes Focus on internal process improvements to ensure consistent and efficient Release Management and Quality Assurance process Creating advanced reports and monitoring dashboards related to Release Management and Quality Assurance process Cooperation with other IT teams Communicating in professional and kind manner Creating and updating internal process documentation (guides, instructions, Frequently Asked Questions, etc) Organizing internal training for IT and business Report time spent on particular types of tasks based on current status. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
