ABOUT THE JOB As a I2C Program Manager, you will manage portfolio of IT programs from Invoice to Cash area and deliver solid technical expertise from SAP FI and High Radius to maximize benefits from global I2C products usage across Danone. Ensuring continuous customer value delivery through continuous improvement of solutions and processes. Let's go into more details of your key tasks. You will: Manage on global level portfolio of IT projects from Invoice to Cash area, covering following Accounts Receivables business processes: Cash Applications and Accounting (Customer Payments) Collections management Dunning Claims & Deductions Management Customers and AR data for Reporting Manage global program Steering Committee meetings Manage internal and external stakeholders Global IT Capex management Manage team of internal and external IT project managers Play internal Subject Matter Expert role for global I2C applications (SAP AR, High Radius, Blackline, Esker) Main deliverables: Global IT I2C programs and/or projects management on time/budget/scope/resources IT Capex management IT project resources capacity management Driving I2C tools standardization thanks to global Danone I2C applications standards knowledge both from technical and business processes POV Your main stakeholders: Global business stakeholders in chargé for I2C, area Regional DBS directors and I2C managers IT Finance Global and Regional teams Internal team members External: Software editors delivering solutions in I2C area (SAP AG, High Radius, Esker, Blackline) https://www.youtube.com/watch ABOUT YOU We expect you have: Experience: at least 8-10 years of experience as SAP FII I2C consultant and IT projects and programs management, Stakeholders management, Team management, Capex management, SAP FI-AR, High Radius (optional) Very good SAP FI (I2C) knowledge both from technical and business process point of view High Radius knowledge (nice to have) Solid, proven experience in big, intranational IT project and programs management -> strong program and project management skills Project team leadership and people skills management Strong communication skills Project/Programs Stakeholder management Strategic thinking and ability to setup trust relationships with business. Ability to manage complexity Ability to adapt to change and to work well under pressure. English is a must.
