MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages the Department's objectives in accordance with the Company's objectives; -Meeting current business needs -Upselling to existing or new customers. -Increase services for internal customers to support prescribing. -Communicate market information about new opportunities and risks. • Understands external customer needs and current market conditions in accordance with current laws regarding pricing.
Accordingly, identifies unmet needs and directs internal resources in line with those needs. • To maintain and increase the Company's drug availability in pharmaceutical warehouses; organizes wholesaler and pharmacy sales campaigns with a financial monitoring model to increase the market presence of products through enhanced financial and commercial opportunities. • With a strong tender management system, prepares the commercial infrastructure for the participation of products in tenders.
Manages the process in accordance with the tender price strategy. • To protect the financial interests of the company, researches alternative methods to increase the sales of brands that are not in the promotion, uses various sales campaigns and tactics using existing distribution channels. • Combines campaign information with data from the market, Sales Marketing and Finance department, performs cost & benefit analysis, guarantees the result, and acts for its application in real life. • To contribute to a more realistic Sales & Marketing budget, it creates monthly and periodic forecasts with the Sales & Marketing department once a month. • Effectively manages the planning to ensure that its products are in sufficient quantity on time.
