досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 3-х років додаткова бізнес-освіта (сертифікація) буде перевагоюзнання методології викладання та розробки навчальних матеріалів для аудиторного та онлайн навчаннядосвід впровадження та наповнення LMS системидосвід розробки нових навчальних матеріалів та тренінгів на основі штучного інтелектуволодіння англійською мовою на рівні Intermediate (усна та письмова)досвід роботи в Google Workplace (Gmail, drive, docs, meet, calendar)володіння інструментами створення презентацій (PowerPoint, Google Presentation, Canva)Особистісні навички:
націленість на результат, структурний та системний підхід до завданьпрактичний досвід роботи в режимі багатозадачностіструктурне та процесне мислення вміння ставити запитання, допитливість у всьомуактивна життєва позиція та відкритість до новогоаналітичний склад розумуТи нестимеш відповідальність за:
аналіз потреб у навчанні: проведення аналізу компетенцій і знань персоналу для визначення сфер, що потребують навчання або розвитку; дослідження поточних потреб у розвитку і майбутніх потреб для досягнення стратегічних цілей Компаніїпланування навчальних програм: розроблення довгострокових і короткострокових планів навчання, з огляду на потреби бізнесу і цілі Компанії; вибір відповідних методів навчання, визначення бюджету, складання розкладу навчаннярозробка навчальних матеріалів: створення навчальних матеріалів (навчальні програми, презентації, навчальні посібники, онлайн-курси) для ефективної передачі знань і навичок персоналуорганізація навчальних заходів: планування і координація навчальних сесій, семінарів, воркшопів та інших навчальних заходівпідбір і навчання тренерів, оренда обладнання та приміщень, реєстрація учасниківоцінка ефективності навчання: проведення оцінки результатів навчання з метою визначення його ефективності та внесення коригувань у програми навчання за необхідності; провведення опитувань учасників, тестування знань, відстеження показників продуктивності до і після навчаннякомунікація та співпраця: взаємодія з різними відділами та рівнями управління організації для розуміння їхніх потреб у навчанні та сприяння в досягненні спільних цілейПереваги роботи з нами:
