Requirements:10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional consulting, focusing on financials, procurement, and supply chain modules.Certified Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Management Specialist.Certified Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement Specialist.Understanding requirements gathering, business process mapping, configuration, testing, and training.Experience leading multiple successful Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades for clients in the mining, manufacturing, and utilities industries.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams. Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and alignment with Oracle applications.Configure Oracle applications/modules based on business requirements and industry best practices. It includes setting up modules like Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS, Oracle SCM, etc.Design Oracle-based solutions that address business needs and align with Oracle application capabilities.Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and ensure smooth data transition into Oracle applications.
