Description Qualifications:Boeing Ukraine is seeking a Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams based in Kyiv, Ukraine.As an Engineering Manager you will provide variety of technical solutions in support of existing and future commercial airplane products. The successful candidate will have strong engineering expertise, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships. Responsibilities:Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural EngineeringLeads development of engineering solutions for the Structural Engineering function (Airframe, Propulsion, Liaison Stress, Doors) in support of current and future commercial airplane productsDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering fieldExperience leading a team, formally or informally5+ years of engineering experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):Master’s degree or equivalent in Technical field or Applied SciencesExperience collaborating with other engineering disciplines, production and/or regulatory organizationMechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Structural or Civil Engineer5+ years of experience in structural engineeringWe offer:Market competitive salary and bonusesMedical insurance for you and your family (Health plan includes medical, surgical and dental care, planned and emergency inpatient treatment, ambulance service and prescription drugs)Life insuranceSport reimbursementWell-being supportProfessional skills development via educational assistance program and certificationBenefit from Employee Recognition ProgramCooperate and exchange knowledge with world class global engineering team.Broaden your experience in international aviation projects, technical workshops, and hackathonsShift:This position is for dayshift with flexible hours acc. to business needs.Remote work (may change in the future).Existing rights to work in Ukraine is required.Equal Opportunity Employer:Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
