And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSION Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals.Managing, coaching and mentoring the local sales teams, directly in the field.Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis and improve local teams performance metrics and support local teams with improved processesTo adapt the Global sales strategy based on the local market situationManage a successful sales team working closely with local & regional leadership and other key teamsProvide leadership and guidance to the sales team in order to achieve the sales targetsWork with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 5 years of experience in managing high-performance salesPrevious work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferredSales hunger is a must!
