This is a remote position We are TINQIN – Technology Expertise, Industry Knowledge, Quality Focus and Innovation Spirit! They rely on us for developing software, web design, business analysis, prototyping, product testing, and maintenance. That’s why we always aim to be at the top of our game while using the latest technologies to provide added value. In order to support the expansion of our business, we are currently looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer who will be responsible for our activities. Day to day activities and responsibilities: Develop and maintain test scripts according to the approved test automation strategy in the company; Maintain automation environment – used test data, tools, and libraries; Investigate failures and prevents the existing automation test pack from unstable tests; Do test code reviews to other automation QAs; Makes reviews of test cases both manual and automation; Participate in meetings with DevOps/Architects in case of needs to the automation environment, automation code etc. Mentors junior and less experienced team members in their daily duties; Provide statistics of the tested project to the TL and PM; Being proactive about test code optimizations, upgrades in the existing tech stack and building new test projects What we are looking for: Experienced in working with DSL for UI and API applications; Experience with automation tools like Selenium, REST Assured, TestNG/JUnit; Proven knowledge in Java and OOP; Good knowledge in Maven and GIT; Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle; Knowledge in Spring and Mockito is an advantage We offer: Competitive remuneration package; Opportunity to use cutting-edge technologies in real projects; Opportunity to learn and enhance your skills; Collaboration with highly skilled and friendly colleagues; Dynamic and interesting work environment; Annual employees performance check and reevaluation; Team-building events; Social benefits – a monthly budget that includes: Additional health insurance – Luxury package; “Health with priority” medical insurance covering severe diseases; Employee Assistance Program, including psychological, finance, and legal advice; Flexible social benefits (food vouchers, fuel vouchers, sport card, and other options); 20 days annual paid leave + 1 additional day/year for each year of length of service in TINQIN (up to a total of 25 days); Office perks (coffee, soft drinks, fresh fruits, ice cream, sports, and relaxation area); Remote/hybrid working model (employees can choose whether to work from the office or home); Referral program.
