Senior Forensic Analyst In this role, the Senior Forensics Analyst will be responsible for conducting digital forensic investigations supporting a wide variety of stakeholders across all Bayer divisions. This role is part of the Insider Risk Management (IRM) team within the Cyber Defense Center, a global and diverse team of highly skilled experts who support Bayer’s security posture and mitigate against internal and external threats to the company. This role is also a member of a cross-functional insider risk/data exfiltration investigation team. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Conduct and manage digital forensic investigations including collection, preservation, examination, analysis, and reporting Ensure all digital forensics and investigations activities comply with industry best practices Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA Support response to cyber security incidents, providing technical expertise and support for digital forensics Collaborate with Cyber Security, Law, Human Resources, Data Privacy, Corporate Security, and other business partners to determine requirements for data collection and analysis Provide comprehensive analysis from a range of sources, systems, and tools as required for case objectives Manage investigation data with the utmost integrity Embrace continuous development in support of new or evolving technologies and processes Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience): Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience OR 6+ years of experience in digital forensics and investigations 3+ years insider risk investigation experience preferred Experience supporting complex incidents such as insider risk, corporate espionage, data exfiltration, and other cybercrimes Familiarity with open source and proprietary forensic tools and software Knowledge of chain of custody practices for handling evidence Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team Strong observance of confidentiality Experience with Windows and MAC operating systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications – Word, Excel, Power Point Solid familiarity with Office O365 (Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams) Strong understanding of enterprise class networks, data stores, and cloud services Experience with user data stores on multiple endpoint and mobile device platforms Familiarity with existing and emerging cloud technology services and concepts What do We offer: A flexible, remote work model Great workplace in a new modern office in Warsaw Career development, 360° Feedback & Mentoring programme Wide access to professional development tools, trainings, & conferences Company Bonus & Reward Structure VIP Medical Care Package (including Dental & Mental health) Holiday allowance (“Wczasy pod gruszą”) Life & Travel Insurance Pension plan Co-financed sport card - FitProfit Meals Subsidy in Office Additional days off Budget for Home Office Setup & Maintenance Access to Company Game Room equipped with table tennis, soccer table, Sony PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles setup with premium game passes, and massage chairs Tailored-made support in relocation to Warsaw when needed Please send your CV in English You feel you do not meet all criteria we are looking for?
