Do you possess strong Configuration Management capabilities? And do you have experience driving transformations, so the configuration management database works as an integrated aspect of the IT organization? If yes, this role may be your next career step. You will be a part of the Service Transition Team in IT Operations, who among other ITIL Practices is responsible for Configuration Management. We need your excellent team player skills and a positive can-do attitude to achieve our IT strategy which aims toward a future proof stable foundation. How you will make an impact As Configuration Manager, you have the primary responsibility for driving the Configuration Management agenda in Arla IT and maintaining information about configuration Items required to deliver IT services. Secondly, you will support the rest of the team on securing operational stability of IT services by, for example, participating in Change Management on duty. Heading the Configuration Management agenda includes tasks as: Identifying drivers and requirements for Configuration Management Database Driving the transition and thereby enabling value from Configuration Management Database Continuously improving the efficiency of Configuration Management framework Driving the Configuration Management process and procedures and handle new requirements to data Supporting the Data Governance journey in Arla IT What will make you successful You are a team player with good collaborative skills, who is also motivated working on your own. You will be a part of a highly skilled diverse team, that both have common and individual goals to achieve. You are an excellent communicator that knows how to motivate your stakeholders. You are strong both verbally and in written words, and you are good at building relations with other people no matter organizational level while having a positive service-oriented attitude. Moreover, you have a strong eye for detail and a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to detect and adapt to sudden changes in your daily work. You bring knowledge from a similar role within Configuration Management role where you are familiar with the Common Service Data model and carry a broad knowledge within IT; e.g. infrastructure, application and network. You have insights within one or more of the following areas: Modelling data, Abstract thinking, ServiceNow ITSM tool, and you possess a general understanding of the ITIL practices. Working agile and/or hybrid is common for you, - with a high focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. What do we offer?
