В компанію нашого партнера шукаємо Marketing manager-а, який забезпечуватиме прихід якісних лідів в продукти в сфері комерційної нерухомості.

Українська компанія, що спеціалізується на розвитку та управлінні комерційною нерухомістю «під ключ». В управлінні компанією 35 об'єктів загальною площею 170 000 м², 8 девелоперських проєктів на різних стадіях будівництва, які знаходяться в Києві, Дніпрі, Харкові та Львові. Компанія реалізує складські та виробничі комплекси, бізнес-центри, торгові та торгово-розважальні центри по всій Україні.
Чому ця позиція цікава?
Твої майбутні задачі:
Побудувати стратегію просування проєкту компанії та втілити її.Збільшити трафік та кваліфікованих лідів на проєкті компанії.Оптимізувати сайт та підвищити показники конверсії.Здійснювати аналіз та моніторинг конкурентів.Контролювати роботу підрядників.Планування та розподіл коштів на різні канали просування.Робота зі статтями: планування контенту, контроль та перевірка, подальше просування.Пошук та аналіз потенційних інфлюенсерів, встановлення контакту та подальша робота з ними.Команда чекає від тебе: Досвід роботи в маркетингу від 2 років та вміння:
*Рівень англійської та попередній досвід в нерухомості не є важливими.

В команді є СМО, Креативний Директор, 4 маркетологи, 2 дизайнери. В майбутньому планується поділ на окремі відділи, тому є перспектива росту до Лідера команди.Команда працює по скраму, спринти по 2 тижні, є планування та ретро зустрічі.Дейлі мітинги по 10 хвилин та щотижневий синхрон-колл з СМО.Ти активний, любиш задачі “з зірочкою”, маєш бажання постійного розвитку?
