We are looking for a Head of Mobion to manage the development of the Mobion SaaS platform and OnTaxi business. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team. The key responsibilities include developing the Mobion platform in the external market, enhancing the SaaS product and existing customer relationships, as well as fostering the growth of the OnTaxi business and expanding market presence in Ukraine. This role also involves franchise development, including expansion into external markets.

We provide our users with web and mobile applications based on a strong backend and a clean UI/UX. In addition, we have established dedicated departments for business operations, marketing, and customer support. Finally, we offer development models as our product and SaaS for external markets.
Responsibilities
Develop the brand development strategy for Mobion and OnTaxi Set objectives in collaboration with key managers to develop Key Results & Activities using the OKR methodology Develop and monitor the implementation of the Product Development Roadmap together with Product Management Lead/Product Director Analyze and optimize existing business models to enhance business efficiency Manage the Mobion & OnTaxi team Conduct strategic sessions, operational and development planning sessions, all-hands & general meetings to maintain focus on tasks, business development and team motivation Coach and mentor the key management roles in the teams Collaborate with investors and business owners on a regular basis to identify and achieve the key development objectives and strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in similar positions Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis Experience in strategic planning using OKR and SMART frameworks Project management experience with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies Expertise in metrics and KPIs, including methodology, implementation, and metrics-driven planning Experience in conducting complex negotiations within large groups Active and open leadership position, including the ability to listen, hear, argue, persuade, motivate, and provide constructive criticism and motivation, even in challenging situations Experience in public speaking to diverse audiences, including English-speaking audiences Proficiency in using tools such as Google Business Suite, Office 365, MS Teams, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, and more Strong business presentation and self-presentation skills English language proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher Ability to take responsibility and delegate as needed A high level of curiosity and a keen interest in various areas of business and technology, with a commitment to continuous self-development
