Розробка продукту «Мобільний застосунок», зона відповідальності — управління посилками в мобільному застосунку;Управління дорожньою картою та беклогом продукту;Розробка концепції продукту, захист та перевірка, участь у процесі визначення вимог, дизайн рішень, написання user story, розробки та тестування;Проектна робота по впровадженню продукту, управління етапами від ідеї продукту до релізу;Консолідація та пріоритизація вимог від різних джерел, вміння відстоювати інтереси клієнта перед впливом на бізнес, ефективністю та підтримкою продукту;Дослідження ринку та потреб користувачів для виявлення нових можливостей удосконалення продукту, аналіз ефективність продукту та визначення потреб щодо внесення змін;Крос-функціональна взаємодія з командами дизайнерів, бізнес аналітиків, технологів та IT-командами щодо узгодження функціоналу та визначення пріоритетів, для забезпечення своєчасних та якісних релізів;Клієнтське тестування, підтримка проведення тестування функціоналу та UI-елементів мобільного застосунку;Оцінка задоволеності продуктом (CSI) шляхом побудови Сustomer Journey Map (методологія Service Design);Участь у підготовці та впровадження внутрішніх матеріалів (інструкції, правила, тощо) та навчальних матеріалів (в т.ч. участь у формуванні комерційних пропозицій);Участь у формуванні стратегії продуктового просування і продажів продуктів.Вимоги до кандидата:
Досвід роботи на позиції product manager/product owner/brand manager та безпосередній досвід в сфері розробки мобільних застосунків — обов’язково;Знання основних гравців ринку Логістичних послуг, досвід в сфері послуг (телекомунікації, онлайн-рітейл, ІТ);Навички проектної роботи (запуск нових продуктів);ІТ-навички (опис бізнес-вимог до змін, робота по SCRUM, знання JIRA, тестування роботи інформаційних систем і клієнтських процесів);Вміння аналізувати ефективність продукту та визначати потреби щодо внесення змін;Маркетингові компетенції (бізнес орієнтація, володіння інструментами спілкування з Клієнтами: Service design, NPS, CSI, фокус-групи, проведення бізнес-інтерв'ю, вебінарів);Англійська мова — на рівні, який дозволить проводити переговори з бізнес клієнтами та партнерами;Наявність портфоліо запущених продуктів/проектів.Якщо все це про тебе і ти бажаєш стати частиною великої родини Нової пошти — надсилай своє резюме.
