Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written and spoken narrative. Pragmatic approach to implementing solutions, ensuring they match needs and deliver results without unnecessary sophistication Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, customer support team members, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. Demonstrated ability to source and analyze quantitative & qualitative user data.
