Job Description Are you the master of Instagram stories as well as a pro in LinkedIn posts and analytics? Do you consider social networks your second home? As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our audience across various platforms. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take us to the next level with our social media content creation, and implementation of ideas for user engagement. You will be responsible for the whole cycle of production – from creating the content plan and actual content creation to the campaign setup and analytics. Opportunity available for a one-year maternity leave coverage position, 30 hours per week involvement, with the option to extend collaboration based on business requirements. Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy that will cover the creation, distribution, and analysis of ongoing postings to grow followers and increase engagement Monitor company brand and build brand awareness on social media Monitor competition and trends, offer and implement new approaches Develop and run social media marketing campaigns (organic/paid), manage all communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive consistent, relevant traffic, raise engagement Generate ideas and leverage internal resources to assemble content for posting, create them by yourself when necessary Create high-quality original written, video, and other visual content for a social media campaign Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices and encouraging employee social media engagement Partner with marketing team members to execute paid social as a tactic Communicate with followers and respond to appropriate queries on time Execute research on editorial calendars, industry trends, and thought leaders Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Knowledge of photo and video editorial tools is a must In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms. Advanced spoken and written business English Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in using analytics tools. Experience in running social media ad campaigns Experience distilling relevant content from multiple internal and external sources to develop compelling messaging across a variety of social channels Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proven ability to build a social media community A good understanding of the IT market is a big plus Fast learner, well-organized, self-motivated person with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
