REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience in software development5 years of higher education (engineering school, university or equivalent) in ITStrong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing technologiesUnderstanding of pre-sales engagement, consulting, and project support processes and activitiesProficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approachDemonstrated focus on achieving resultsKnowledge of the French IT market and familiarity with local regulations and compliance standardsFluency in French and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teamsPossession of one or more clouds and architecture certifications would be a plusWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and industry eventsRESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challengesCollaborate with the sales team to develop technical solutions and proposals tailored to client needsProvide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and addressing concernsAssist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as proposals, quotes, and statements of workParticipate in meetings with clients to discuss technical aspects of proposed solutions and address any technical questions or concernsWork closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvementStay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edgeCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment on technical messaging and strategyWhat will you get with ELEKS
