Responsibilities:
B2B Social Media Mastermind: Craft and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to a B2B audience. Develop content calendars, curate compelling posts, and analyze metrics to optimize our reach and impact.Lead Generation Strategist: Utilize social media for lead generation activities with a focus on relationship building and nurturing potential business partnerships.Content Champion: Write compelling social media copy, blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and other content that reflects the N-iX brand voice.Cross-Department Collaborator: Partner with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless communication support for key projects and campaigns.Proactive Problem Solver: Propose new initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to enhancing overall B2B communication strategies.Requirements:
1+ year experience in communications, marketing, or a related field specializing in B2B.Proven track record of successful B2B social media management and content creation.Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats (social media, blog posts, thought leadership).Advanced English levelIn-depth understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, X.com, Facebook) and social analytics tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Highly Desirable:
Experience in a technology-focused industry.Working knowledge of basic graphic design principles and tools, eg. Canva, and AI tools like chatgpt, gemini etc.
