We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and result-oriented professional to join our team. As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of software systems and infrastructure. This role demands a high-level understanding of software architecture, adept management of resources, and foresight into technological advancements. Leading technical initiatives, you’ll ensure adherence to best practices while effectively communicating with stakeholders to drive long-term project vision. Requirements: 9+ years of experience in software development; 5+ years of experience in product development; Proficiency in cloud technologies and multiple programming languages. (Javascript/Node.js/React and Python, C++, Java etc.); Hands-on experience building a product from scratch to launch; Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and responsive web applications; Proven experience in software architecture and hardware-software integration, especially in the context of robotic systems; Ability to document architectural decisions and system designs and provide clear guidelines for development teams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in the development of both hardware and software for robotic systems; Strong leadership and people management skills, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams; Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware developers, and UI/UX designers; Proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technologies and incorporating innovative solutions into the architecture; B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred; Advanced level of English (C1). Would be a plus: Expertise in embedded systems programming and real-time operating systems; Strong understanding of robotic hardware components, sensors, and actuators; Familiarity with robotic middleware and communication protocols (e.g., ROS, MQTT, DDS); Knowledge of electronic systems and hardware design principles. Responsibilities: Develop high-level software system designs focusing on scalability, compatibility, and future integration. Evaluate project requirements and prioritize tasks to maintain a balance between cost, resources, and timelines. Assess architecture options, selecting optimal technologies and methodologies. Coordinate technical efforts, oversee task distribution, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Provide technical leadership and career development, mentor team members, and promote a culture of innovation and learning. Create clear technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
