DIT Investment prioritization manager
What this position is about - Purpose:
Investment Prioritization is one key enabler of D&IT strategy to improve its cost structure while providing capabilities that accelerate JTI strategy delivery. This roles acts as the key linkage between investment planning and associated spend planning ( $ 100MM annually). Role also supports DIT with data and insight on its cost structure to provide leadership with full transparency on its investment structure. Objectives include the orchestration and continuous improvement of the project planning process through financial cycles. It also includes the maintenance of D&IT cost data structure in TIP database and Tm1.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Investment planning : manage the investment planning process end to end, working closely with Strategy oversight & planning, Finance and relevant DIT teams. Prepare each planning cycle, including providing clear instructions, track progress, consolidate input and translate into management presentations
- Cost structure data and insight. Manage D&IT cost data enrichment and maintenance using various tools to ensure all required analysis dimension are available as needed. This activity requires close collaboration with IT leads and with GBS and Finance team who maintain the standard Tm1 and SAP data
- Investment TCO, NPV and strategic fit : develop methodology and drive the process to collect information on investment TCO, Financial returns (benefits) and strategic fit. The resulting analysis (e.g. bubble chart) is key support for leadership decisions on prioritization
- Processes & tools improvement and integration : support in ensuring maximum efficiency and integration across the various processes and tools involved in the investment planning process (Digital roadmap, Demand management, Financial planning, BAP/Memo, etc.)
- Ad'hoc initiatives : support Investment management director in various ad'hoc initiative as requested by Technology Leadership team or OCDIO management team
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- 5 years in Multinational environment, dealing with project portfolio and cost management
- Financial planning
- IT general understanding
- Investment management (NPV/ROI)
- Fluent written & spoken English
