Relevant Software is a full-cycle digital product development company. For years on the market, we have delivered more than projects in industries like FinTech, PropTech, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, and Media. We are looking for an active, motivated and result-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team to execute the lead generation process. You will be responsible for outbound strategy creation and execution, communication with potential leads, work with sales objections and lead nurturing process. Specifics of Work Environment Highly competitive market with high demand for low cost; Complex lead generation process – deal with different decision makers according to the company’s size and industry; Complex service offering; Focus on relationships with the lead; Need to be creative to differentiate from the competition; Fast-growing company; Outbound lead generation process; Different channels of lead generation. Responsibilities Search for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources; Analyze IT job descriptions on companies’ websites; Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engage and qualify leads; Execute proper company introduction during business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail; Follow leads regularly; Set up intro calls with Sales Executive; Create notes after the intro calls; Maintain data in CRM. Required Skills & Capabilities 2+ years of work experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative position with strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry and the proven track record; Strong and professional communication skills – written (required), verbal (nice to have), presentation; Upper intermediate English; Experience with business correspondence; Excel – basic; Basic IT market knowledge; Result oriented and persistent; Competitive hard worker; Resilient and flexible; Intelligent, fast learner; Self-organized.
