As our Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of our tech department alongside 40 dedicated and brilliant colleagues. You’ll work within an autonomous product squad, collaborating with UX designers, data scientists, and software engineers across Poland and Denmark to solve problems and achieve your squad's mission. We utilize theme-oriented guilds and an inner source model of development Responsibilities: T-shape - wide & varied spectrum of development tasks with a focus on a particular business topic, from beginning to feature delivered to the client, you have the chance to be a driver for a change Being a driving force in 1 of our 6 autonomous product squads, where you’ll contribute to building our new B2B and B2C e-commerce platform. Engaging in solution design and architecture discussions within your squad, fostering collaboration across squads to share knowledge and align direction. You can shape your own role in the organization and influence the whole organization, we are very open to new ideas and improvements in our processes Embracing hypothesis-driven development, focusing on achieving desired outcomes and fulfilling the squad's mission. Spend 90% of the time developing new features Highly ambitious tasks allowing you to master and expand the full range of skills, not only as a developer but also considering business/QA/DevOps/UI/UX points of view Technical Requirements: Typescript - advanced knowledge of Javascript with experience in using Node.js, Next.js, with a keen interest in optimising performance and scalability - 5+ years Event - Event-driven microservice architecture - basic understanding of architecture and patterns DevOps Mindset - basic understanding of AWS Cloud (DynamoDb, Lambda, SQS, SNS) We use a modern set of CI/CD tools: Git, Docker, Terraform, CircleCi Ensure high standards: Jest, Supertest, Eslint, Postman, Prettier A strong communicator having leadership capabilities and committed to quality while embracing an MVP mindset.
