Join our client's team as a UX Designer , where you'll be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge digital health solutions. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience of healthcare-focused digital products, ensuring they're intuitive, accessible, and impactful. Responsibilities: Complex Systems Design: Work with complex systems, utilizing great storytelling to build cross-functional alignment and bring a strategic approach to systems and framework design Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside a team of designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, and product managers to make the user experience seamless and relevant User-Centered Design Creation: Generate user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, customer voices, user journeys, feedback, and usability findings Navigating Ambiguity: Lead through ambiguity, collaborating with motivated Product Managers and Engineering leads to deliver value to users and partners Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups (both low and high-fidelity) UI Optimization and Style Guides: Enhance existing user interfaces and create comprehensive style guides User Testing: Conduct rigorous user testing to validate designs Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their business goals and objectives Solution Development: Develop technical and business requirements with a focus on delivering intuitive and user-centered solutions Creative and Technical Integration: Blend creativity with an awareness of design elements to craft compelling digital experiences Requirements: 6+ years of experience in designing CX/UX for B2C, B2B Customer Journeys as well as Digital Products, Applications & Touchpoints Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, or related field Certification in either Design Thinking or Service Design English, French - C1 Proven experience in UX design, particularly in complex systems Experience in User Research, Innovation, Remote Usability Tests, Analytics & Metrics, Heuristic Evaluations or Prototyping Proven experience in Designing UI/UX across a mix of Touchpoints, Channels, Devices including Mobility (Apps), Interaction Design across Ecommerce, Web Portals/ Websites, Chatbots, Social Apps, AR/ VR Applications, Enterprise & SaaS Products Have the ability to employ the latest Agile & Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project & Development teams to create and deliver Design, UI & UX offerings Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills Our offer: B2B via Experis Remote work MultiSport Plus PZU group insurance Medicover e-learning platform
