FP&A FCF Senior Specialist

What is this role about? 

The objective of the role is to support the achievement of financial KPI/targets as set in the company’s annual and strategic plans, as well as supporting in the development and consolidation of the financial and business model.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Support the development, preparation and delivery of JTI Mexico's FCF for annual scenarios (OLs, LEs and ASP) in which entity cash needs are determined.
  • Ensure the preparation and interpretation of the monthly financial statements and management control reports of the Company and prepare all required financial reporting to Mexico Finance and JTI HQ as requested on a timely and efficient manner. This includes the two Mexican entities.     
  • Participate and Lead in creation, development and maintenance of scenarios forecasted and reporting systems using software such as Dynamics, Excel and SAP.  Ensure data interfaces with SAP for actuals / forecasts are in place. Ensure integrity of the planning databases.
  • Provide FCF analysis to senior management on financial viability on business investments proposals.
  • Calculate, analyze variances between planned vs. actual results as required and provide explanations on variance drivers. The Sr. Specialist will assist in comparing actual results to latest estimate projections related to FCF.
  • Support the development, preparation and delivery of JTI Mexico's OCC for annual scenarios (OLs, LEs and ASP). Ensure the preparation and interpretation of the monthly financial statements and management control reports of the Company and prepare all required financial reporting to Mexico Finance and JTI HQ as requested on a timely and efficient manner. This includes the two Mexican entities.

 

Who is our candidate?

  • Higher Education in Finance, Accounting or Administration MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable).
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Planning & organizing.
  • Analysis, reporting & problem solving.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; high level of expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, big data managing).
  • Knowledge & experience with SAP System desired.
  • Communication skills.
