Rewards Manager – Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia
Prague-based (appointment for 1-2 years)

Building upon our well-established base, you will lead a dedicated team and report directly to the P&C Director, contributing to the of people strategy.

What will you do?
- 1OPEX Management: Take ownership of a $20 MM OPEX budget, ensuring precision in planning, cost modelling, and monthly analysis.
- Global Cycles and Local Rewards Programs Management: Run local delivery of global cycles and manage local rewards portfolio, including SIP, Extra rewards, Cafeteria, Pension, Life, Meal, and medical plans.
- Organizational Design: Take charge of headcount planning, provide solutions to business stakeholders, and maintain FTE within budget.
- Communication: Promote "pay for performance," transparency, and equity in rewards. Conduct interactive educational campaigns and ensure consistent standards across all three markets.
- Regulatory and JSOX Compliance: Ensure compliance, act as a point of contact for state and internal audits and propose improvements to policies and procedures.
- Mobility Programs Management: Govern foreign labour employment, manage mobility programs for global and permanent moves.
You are the right candidate if you:
- Have experience in HR / Comp&Ben field; alternatively Finance, Sales, or relevant fields (cross-functional moves are welcomed)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to align programs with organizational goals.
- Embrace a collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across different stakeholders and functions.
