DescriptionWe’re hiring an Administrative Assistant.Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.Your Challenge: Performs a variety of administrative dutiesFull administrative support to the team. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Maintains confidentiality.Preparing business meetings and conferences;Searching, analyzing and providing needed information for management team;Work with courier services, taxi services;Registration of the internal documents (orders, letters, power of attorney);Participating in projects preparation;Timely submission of the bills to the finance department;Drafting reports on mileage, fuel consumption and traffic accidents Key Stakeholders and Interactions: Plant Manager, Shift Leader, Team Leader, Sizing Operator, Lab Assistant, Forklift Driver, Printer OperatorLocation: Stasi, Poltava, Ukraine Qualifications Education and ExperienceHigh School Degree. Technical Agronomist Bachelor. 1 to 3 years of experience in the area.Competencies Ability to work in groups.Good communications skills.Safety care.Computer skills Who Are We Looking For?
