The BA who will join our team is going to work closely with the PO, our clients, and the technical team
What You Will Bring to the product:
Support the end-to-end product strategy, defined by Product Owner, helping to define and shape solution value through a focus on customer pain points and PO visionCaptures requirements from business stakeholders and prepares user's stories with detailed acceptance criteriaEnsure backlog is aligned with UX/UI designDrive an MVP mindset across the team, ensure that the definition of minimum value and user-testable team outputsWork closely with technology teams to ensure the delivery of User Value in line with User Story goalsSupport a shared understanding of User Stories across the team, particularly why they are valuable/prioritisedEnsure backlog captures dependencies on vendors and other parallel work, being closer to Technical / Process detail than Journey OwnerEnsure the roadmap is aligned with backlog priorities
Requirements:
Solid understanding of the MVP mindset, understanding of the value of short-term planningAt least 3 years experience of working in Scrum, SAFe or LeSS framework environment as BAAdvanced English level and advanced Spanish levelExperience with writing User Stories in accordance with DOR, decomposing work to drive prioritizationStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling storyBusiness process modelling (BPM), including UML and related toolsRelational databases and SQLUnderstanding of interfaces such as REST, gRPC, and MQ, along with knowledge of tools for testing and usageAnalytical skills to accurately define and identify domain objects.Comfortable with processes/ technology/IT to be able to understand and help problem solve with the technical team(s), addressing their concernStrong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of peopleStrong problem solver with the ability to lead the team and to push the solution and progressWould be a big plus: Experience in retail, distribution, and commercial areas but it is not a must
