WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?
We are looking for a campaign planner who can design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation Platforms such as MoEngage and Adobe Campaign.
This position will be responsible for planning personalized and data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, such as SMS, web push notifications, onsite messagng, and email for various brands. You will also analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Brand, Digital, and Creatives. You should also have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of and experience in working in the field of consumer/ customer care, preferably within FMCG, Financial or IT/Mobile industries
Knowledge of and experience in developing consumer & customer care platforms and data management systems
Consistent track record in running complex projects with a performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)
Have consistent record of working within a technical environment
Organized and able to work effectively with multiple partners in cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and a team-player
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, diverse environment
