Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: As a vital member of our team, you’ll be responsible for: Scouring the talent landscape for top-notch CVs that match our open positions. Conducting pre-screening interviews to identify the brightest stars in the industry. Guiding candidates through the employment process with charisma and professionalism. Orchestrating seamless interviews between potential employees and eager employers. The Ideal Addition to Our Crew: We’re in search of a candidate who embodies the following qualities: A sharp, quick thinker with a knack for identifying talent. Stellar communication skills that make even the most complex tasks seem like a walk in the park. The ability to thrive independently and deliver results that speak for themselves. Excellent English proficiency is essential — we value clear and articulate communication. A sense of responsibility that rivals none. And, of course, we’d love it if you come equipped with at least 1+ years of experience, preferably in the thrilling world of hospitality recruitment. Kindly note, even though the job is remote we prefer candidates locally available in Ukraine.
