SoftServians help transform, accelerate, and optimize how our clients, including ISVs and Fortune 500 companies, do business.Finance Partners, one of the departments of SoftServe, is a team of professionals who assist the Customer Success Leader with budgeting, planning, model-based pricing, analyzing, and reporting aspects.We also play an active role at the corporate finance level: improving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, identifying issues, gathering data, conducting analyses, contributing to business development, and helping to implement change.IF YOU AREA holder of at least 5 years of professional experience with Financial Analysis/ Financial ManagementA Bachelor's or Master's degree specialist in Financial Management, Financial Analysis or similarHaving an understanding of the software development company's functioningExperienced with cross-functional team collaborationAn advanced user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent in self-organization and time-managementExpert in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsGood at problem-solving and maintaining high standards of work quality, with strengths in analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem structuring, creativity, quantitative proficiency, tolerance of ambiguity, and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality resultsEmpathic and a team player, with a positive outlook, open communication approach, willingness to work in teams, receptiveness to feedback, and ability to empathetically perceive others' emotions, listen attentively, and maintain confidence without arrogancePossessing Upper-Intermediate English levelAND YOU WANT TOSupervise the budgeting process at the corporate and department level and prepare plan-fact analysis and KPIs calculationsOversee the forecasting process at the corporate and department level, including revenue and cost forecastManage the process of model-based pricing at the corporate and department levelBe engaged in permanent analytical and monitoring work necessary to build and maintain a corporate reporting systemBuild effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the process for developing, collecting, and analyzing required informationAnalyze information delivered, prepare reports/make recommendations to the SCL/budget owners/ senior managementContribute to the development of new reports at the corporate and department levelEnsure effective and timely communication between corporate finance and all stakeholders involved in finance-related activitiesAnalyze input information to ensure its compliance with requirements and performance targetsTOGETHER WE WILLMake you familiar with our structured career path and development opportunitiesTake part in internal and external events where you can build and promote your personal brandGive you access to experienced specialists willing to share their knowledgeCare about your initiatives — we are open to them, just come and share your ideas
