Are you ready?You can find more information about Transporeon as an employer here >>Your transformation challenge ...Supporting and maintaining our business systems landscape, especially JIRA (Software & Service Management), but as well various other Business Systems.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new business applications or enhancements to existing applications.Application Development: Oversee the design, development, and customization of business applications, either by leading internal development teams or coordinating with external vendors.Deployment and Implementation: Plan and coordinate the deployment of new applications or updates to existing applications, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with other systems.Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for business applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches or updates, ensuring availability and performance.User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on how to effectively use business applications, promoting user adoption and maximizing productivity.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of business applications, analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvementRisk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to business applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security policies.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for business applications, including system configurations, user guides, and operational procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance and upgrades.You are ready, if you have knowledge in our technical landscape ...Python and Groovybasics of JQL, SQL Database (select, update, delete)Windows Server (Services, RDP)Encoding & Time-zonesRest request (Postman)JSON, XML, HTMLSyslog analyzeNetwork: IP, DNS, Proxy and Firewall basicsAtlassian Certified Professional certificate is an advantageOur Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
