Job Summary:   EveryMatrix is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer Ukraine PlayMatrix Company Intro: EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. About The Project:  We are working on the new product - Live Online Casino. From Roulette to Blackjack and everything in between.  Real dealers at real tables streamed to players screens all over the world.  High standards and no compromising on quality is our unbreakable rule.  And you'll get a chance to become part of our great creative team. So welcome!  Responsibilities:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.  Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers. Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and preferences. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.  Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.  Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.   Requirements: Figma prototyping: Demonstrated advanced skills in using Figma for high-fidelity prototyping, leveraging its interactive features to create dynamic design prototypes Proficient in User Flow Development. Expertise in SVG: Proficient in creating and editing SVG files for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality graphics that are scalable and responsive across devices. Portfolio of completed mobile/web projects that displays your level of expertise. Refine current design systems and integrate new features into our evolving products. Work closely with product owners and engineers to discover new ideas and shape product growth strategy. Understanding of current web/mobile UI technologies. Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of responsive design principles. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Bonus Skills: Animation and motion design skills. Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with Casino field. Work Life Balance: 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment. 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note). Medical leave: up to 30 days per year, documented with a medical certificate. To support women candidates, we offer 21 weeks of maternity leave and 100% work from home until the child’s first birthday for mothers.
