Check more about us: https://project-ux.com/ We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design and implementation of digital back-office products. As a key member of the product development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive efficiency and satisfaction in marine logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and effectiveness. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and understand user needs. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as necessary. Lead the creative direction of digital projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards and business objectives. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design and Design Systems. Qualifications: Proven, at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex systems. Strong understanding of interaction design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proficiency with design tools such as Axure or Figma, and other prototyping software. Experience in user research, including planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
