As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our platform. If you are a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with the qualifications listed above and a passion for ServiceNow platform management, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and modules. Manage and optimize the incident management process in ServiceNow. Oversee the service request process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Manage problem records and contribute to proactive problem management practices. Maintain the service catalog, ensuring it aligns with business needs. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track platform performance and KPIs. Skills requirements: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request. Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows in ServiceNow. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using tools like REST and SOAP APIs. Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Proficiency in ServiceNow custom application development. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript. Knowledge of creating and maintaining a service catalog in ServiceNow. English language skills at least at level B2. Skills Nice to have: Certification in ServiceNow System Administration. Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and understanding of CMDB concepts. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Knowledge of IntegrationHub for automating workflows.
