We're seeking an Outbound Marketing Manager to join our vibrant Growth Marketing team. Role Overview: As an Outbound Marketing Manager within our team, you will assume full ownership and enjoy maximum independence in spearheading our strategic outbound lead generation initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of the customer journey, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sustainable business expansion. You will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable outbound marketing strategies that produce measurable outcomes at every stage of the marketing funnel. Responsibilities: Strategic Outbound Lead Generation: Champion the advancement of outbound lead generation efforts, oversee the development of content strategies for programmatic ads/ABM outreach and email campaigns and collaborate with our design team to produce compelling creatives. Broaden lead generation through multi-channel outreach, utilising account-based marketing techniques for targeted precision. Work closely with the sales team to ensure strategies are cohesive and objectives are met effectively. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed reports on marketing performance and trends, maintain outbound activity records, and analyse market and competitor trends for informed strategy development. Sales Team Collaboration: Foster a strong partnership with the sales team, aligning marketing strategies and sales objectives to ensure a unified approach to outbound lead generation. This collaboration is essential for tailoring marketing efforts that support sales goals and contribute to the company's overall success. Requirements: To thrive in this role, candidates must exhibit a robust blend of skills and experiences: Data Management Skills: Mastery of Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Acoustic, SendPulse, or HubSpot is fundamental. Analytical prowess in dissecting social media campaigns and an added familiarity with account-based marketing tools like AdRoll, Influ2, Demandbase etc. would be beneficial. Close Cooperation with Sales Team: The ability to work closely and align strategies with the sales team is paramount, ensuring cohesive efforts towards achieving the company's outbound marketing and sales objectives. Digital Marketing and Social Media Proficiency: Candidates should possess extensive experience in deploying paid ads, Google AdWords, native and LinkedIn advertising, display ads/retargeting, and email marketing, including expertise in lifecycle email marketing and A/B testing. A deep understanding and active engagement with principal social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, are crucial. This includes leveraging channels and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Helper for effective strategy implementation. Critical-Thinking Abilities: The capacity for innovative problem-solving and the skill to distil extensive data into clear, actionable strategies are crucial, especially when navigating through constraints and challenges. Project Management Expertise: Strong project management capabilities are necessary, coupled with an understanding of psychology and persuasion techniques, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and growth modelling proficiency. Growth Mindset: A comprehensive understanding of SEO, effective data analysis, and a broad perspective that spans from product development to enhancing customer experience.
