We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Recruiters. This position offers the flexibility of working independently while earning competitive commissions based on performance. As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to our company.We trust you to: Source potential candidates using a variety of channels such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed. Fluency in English is required.
