Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Genesys IVR Developer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirementsDevelop, maintain and support complex solution requirementsWork with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authenticationParticipate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root causeDeal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.Partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and other cross-functional program team memberQualifications
2+ years relevant experience required developing applications in Genesys Composer2+ years relevant experience required using GRAT and GREExperience with Genesys PlatformEnterprise-scale IVR application development experienceKnowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AIExperience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.Experience with web services integrationExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environmentNice to have:
Nuance grammar development experienceExperience in automated testing desiredKnowledge of SQL and experience with relational databasesExperience with Spring frameworkKnowledge in Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QA maker Microsoft Bot framework is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experienceExperience with web server like TomcatWe offer:
