N-iX is looking for a skillful Technical Product Owner to join our team.

Our customer is the leading school transportation provider in North America, being the owner of more than a half of all yellow school buses in the United States. Every day, the company completes 5 million student journeys, moving more passengers than all U.S. airlines combined and delivers reliable, quality services for 1,100 school districts.

As a Technical product owner, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, covering all the work streams, reporting to C-level stakeholders, setting up best product practices on the account. You will lead a platform team, ensure all the streams are aligned between themselves, and with the company's vision and goals.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s overall objectives.Gather and elicitate requirements from technical and business stakeholders, BA’s and PdMs from other streams;Engage with technical and business stakeholders, BA’s and PdMs from other streams to create a prioritized valuable backlog;Foster close collaboration with development teams throughout sprints to align on the product vision and deliver effective solutions.Coordinate efforts with other POs and PdMs across the organization to ensure successful deliveries and cohesive outcomes.Work with tech deliverables and prioritize them against of business deliverables
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in product ownership/management.Strong technical background, experience in software development.Solid experience in performing as product owner role for scrum teamExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs.Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.Proven experience in leading products with significant BE component.Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.Experience with enterprise platforms would be an advantage.Upper-Intermediate English level.
