Please submit your application in English version. What you will be doing as Trade Execution Specialist in Kyiv? Management of all operations related to trade execution of origination of exportable goods, export execution of the goods (grains, oilseeds, crush products upon request). Communication with suppliers, buyers, terminals, surveyors, shipping forwarders, custom brokers on execution processes. Documents flow: preparing contracts, agreements, checking accuracy of shipping documents. Processing of payments for delivered goods/checking of funds income from 3rd parties. Exploring the market for new logistic/executions solutions being in close contact with HQ Execution team. Increase of efficiency of logistic processes: structure, partners network, internal processes, optimization of logistic costs. What do we expect from our future Trade Execution Specialist? University degree in Economics/Finance/Foreign economic/Logistic & transportation. Minimum 3 years working experiences for Trade execution or Export logistic role. Knowledge of grain/agri/oil logistic and/or execution process. General knowledge of domestic grain market. Fluent English. Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to details. Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results. Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP. What can you expect from Bunge?
