Zakres obowiązków: aktywny udział w określaniu strategii i planowaniu produktu aktualizacja wizji produktu we współpracy z Product Managerem dbanie o backlog produktu, priorytetyzacja zadań współpraca ze Scrum Masterem, Analitykami, Programistami oraz innymi Product Ownerami odkrywanie potrzeb klientów i zdobywanie wiedzy o podobnych narzędziach na rynku efektywna komunikacja z interesariuszami, zbieranie feedbacku, promowanie idei udziału interesariuszy w przeglądu sprintów wspieranie Działu R&D, reagowanie na ich pytania, uzasadnianie podjętych decyzji produktowych raportowanie stanu prac nad produktem względem przyjętej roadmapy, release planu i backlogu udział w planowaniu kolejnych wersji produktu, przeglądach roadmapy, wizji i strategii udział w wybranych wydarzeniach z udziałem min. Partnerów prezentacja postępów prac Zespołu Produktowego Nasze wymagania: minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w roli Product Ownera wiedza domenowa z zakresu księgowości i procesów finansowo-księgowych dobra znajomość procesów wytwarzania oprogramowania praktyczna znajomość podejścia zwinnego oraz frameworka Scrum praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Azure Devops umiejętność zarządzania backlogiem tak, aby stale maksymalizować wartość produktu silna orientacja się na proces, z uwzględnieniem horyzontu najważniejszych priorytetów dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, skuteczne wykorzystywanie umiejętności interpersonalnych nastawienie na rozwój, współpracę oraz skuteczne działanie Mile widziane: certyfikaty scrum.org (np. PSPO I lub wyższy) doświadczenie jako Product Owner w branży ERP / BMS znajomość procesów Krajowego Systemu e-Faktur min. komunikatywna znajomość j. angielskiego
