RRP BRAND ASSOCIATE
Position purpose:
Support RRP Iberia team in developing and coordinating execution of launch plans for all Iberia markets to ensure RRP launches are delivered on time, in line with agreed budgets and with excellence in execution. The projects assigned will be under the following scope:
1. Activation: Execute the brand activation plan working in close partnership with internal stakeholders (Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales, PPO, Legal, HQ).
2. Packaging: Checking packaging designs/texts and you will be providing localization of materials – such as user guides, labels, warranty cards, etc.
3. Communication: Liaise with Marketing agency to develop agreed materials to support launch strategies in each market.
Provide planning support for the projects assigned to develop key timelines and milestones and monitor actions against plan, following up to ensure delivery and taking corrective actions where required.
Prepare market analysis on how each project assigned is contributing to get the target results throughout the different phases of the consumer journey (awareness, trial, acquisition and retention).
Liaise with other internal departments providing support in category knowledge and best practice to ensure coherent and consistent merchandising and promotional strategies are delivered to support the launch.

- Provide planning support for the projects assigned to develop key timelines and milestones and monitor actions against plan, following up to ensure delivery and taking corrective actions where required.
- Liaise with other internal departments providing support in category knowledge and best practice to ensure coherent and consistent merchandising and promotional strategies are delivered to support the launch.
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Who are we looking for – requirements:
- University Degree
- 2+ years relevant experience in FMCG marketing, global & market experience.
- Spanish & English Fluent. Portuguese is a plus. Computer Skills: Advance Level
- Curious, flexible and able to enjoy operating in a dynamic environment
