Українська продуктова та сервісна IT-компанія CS у пошуку Product Owner для працюючої HRM (Human Resource Management) системи, що забезпечує автоматизацію бухгалтерії та кадрового обліку у банках та фінансових компаніяхОбов'язки:Максимізація цінності продуктуЕфективне управління беклогом, що включає: узгодження цілі продукту, створення та пріоритизацію айтемів, забезпечення прозорості та зрозумілості беклогуСпілкуватись з зацікавленими особами та стежити за змінами ринку, новими трендами та вимогами регулюючих органів (Верховна Рада, Кабінет Міністрів, Мінфін, Держстат, тощо)Відображати вимоги зацікавлених осіб у беклозіРазом з аналітиками та розробниками уточнювати та переглядати скоуп задач у міру появи інформації, в тому числі задач міграції продукту на нову платформу, реінжінірінгу продукту, переосмислення техпроцесу розробкиУхвалювати інкремент спринтаПроводити виявлення вимог як самостійно так і у співпраці з аналітикам. Надавати свою експертну думку та пропозиції можливих варіантів вирішення поставлених задач. Для складних завдань виступати бізнес-аналітикомНавички та досвід:Ґрунтовне знання систем HRM, систем бухгалтерського обліку заробітної плати та бачення їх подальшого розвитку, знання інших задач бухгатерського обліку буде плюсомДосвід роботи на посаді Product owner від 3-х роківДосвід запуску, управління та розвитку продуктів, досвід формування стратегії розвитку продуктуЗнання Agile методології розробкиПроблемно-орієнтовний підхід та аналітичний спосіб мисленняДосвід управління командою розробки, вміння працювати в команді та співпрацювати з різними функціональними відділамиБажано володіння SQL на базовому рівні, знання основ БДПропонуємо:Робота у великій стабільній компанії над складними і унікальними проєктамиВисокий рівень оплати праціМожливість кар'єрного і професійного зростанняОфіційне оформлення, оплачувана відпустка та лікарняніМедична страховкаГнучкий графікВіддалена робота
