Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Business Analyst Unit strategy, focusing on business analysis services and consulting offeringsScale and manage a high-performing team of business analysts and product managers to deliver advanced business solutions to various clientsDrive team activities, including lead generation, technical pre-sales, expertise development, and short- and long-term consulting and implementation projectsCollaborate with marketing, engagement, delivery, partnerships, client management, and other internal teams for new client acquisition, successful solution delivery, and up-sales on existing accountsBe prepared for occasional travel for client workshops, discovery phases, pre-sales activities, and lead-generation events like conferences, round tables, etc.Continuously enhance our Business Analysis and Solutions offerings, staying abreast of market needs and modern business analysis and tech trendsEstablish business analysis practices and scale them across the companyProvide mentorship and education internallyP&L and budget ownership with corresponding KPI’s (team utilization, revenue, profit, win rate, attrition)Reediness for business trips in Europe and the USA.Qualifications:
10+ years of extensive experience in Business Analysis, Product or Technology ManagementDeep knowledge and experience in IT outsourcing and consulting businessStrong leadership and team management experienceProven success in implementing projects of different complexity, both as a manager and individual contributorExperience with consulting on multi-industrial projects and working with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executivesOptional: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)We offer:
